Employees share knowledge and best practices and are aware of the need for a high level of cooperation with the local community, clients and contractors – for the common good. Employees perform tasks in accordance with the guarantor of work regulations, procedures and on the basis of general laws and in responsibility to their own conscience. Activities are based on respect for freedom and justice, cooperation and social dialogue, and taking into account mutual support that strengthens both individuals and entire departments. We care about maintaining human dignity, the right to freedom, and the obligation of solidarity with others.

INDUSTRIA is aware that everyday conduct in accordance with ethical principles is a necessary condition for achieving development and ensuring satisfaction of both employees and partners. The company’s management board, employees, subsidiaries and all those who participate in the company’s activities are obliged, within the scope of their competences and in connection with their functions and scope of responsibilities, to comply with the established ethical principles. The establishment of the Central Hydrogen Valley and INDUSTRIA taking over the role of its leader is an important development impulse for the region. By initiating innovation, the use of modern technologies and economic development based on the green transformation, it is also a new chapter in the company’s history. Naturalness

We want to meet the modern needs of agriculture by increasing the quality of crops and popularizing food produced in the country. In addition to dolomite aggregate, we produce lime fertilizer based on natural raw materials.

We want our business partners, signatories of the Łaszczyński Brothers’ Central Hydrogen Valley respected our system of values and were guided by similar principles of conduct. We hope that the actions we take will become a model for others, which will contribute to the development of the region, to the benefit of everyone.

The Code of Ethics is based on the four most important principles for INDUSTRIA:

COOPERATION

Respect and understanding

The basic principle is the principle of respect for other people. We try to behave in the way we would like to be treated by others – with respect and kindness. We do not avoid making decisions and the resulting consequences. We provide reliable information, and professional relationships are based on cooperation, camaraderie, mutual respect, assistance and sharing of experience and knowledge. We behave appropriately and our attitude does not violate the legal order.

Customer relations

We meet growing expectations and improve our products, services and technology. We pay attention to the needs and challenges of the market. When preparing the offer, we strive to provide customers with benefits and comfort when using our services. We strive to provide professional and competent service that is friendly and open to customer needs.

Relations with contractors and suppliers

We build relationships so that they are based on mutual trust, professionalism, mutual respect and responsibility for each other’s actions. Purchasing plans are implemented based on objective criteria. Regulations regarding the selection of suppliers and services ensure transparency of activities. We do not tolerate corruption and unfair behavior and always try to eliminate conflicts of interest.

Relations with competitors

We operate on the free market, competing with others on the quality of our products and services, while maintaining the principles of honest conduct. We strive to continually improve ŚGP INDUSTRIA’s offer by analyzing market needs and observing competitors’ activities. We operate in accordance with the law and applicable rules, therefore we do not accept unethical behavior, such as the purchase of plots and resale at higher prices.

Responsibility

We take responsibility for our actions and decisions. We work in accordance with the principles of responsibility for our words and actions, including possible omissions.

Honesty

We operate in accordance with applicable laws and fundamental principles of business ethics. Honesty, responsibility, transparency and compliance with the rules are necessary to gain mutual respect and stability.

The principle of confidentiality and business secrets

As a company, we guarantee the confidentiality of data and information in our possession. Violation of the principles of confidentiality and business secrets is unacceptable, as this would constitute a serious breach of fundamental obligations.

The principle of neutrality

We make sure that employees do not succumb to influence and pressure that may lead to biased actions or actions contrary to the company’s interests. We emphasize the importance of clarity and transparency of one’s relationships with the environment.

Gift policy

We do not accept gifts that may influence or appear to influence our or our partners’ business decisions. Accepting and giving gifts in connection with promotion, advertising or low-value business activities is carried out in accordance with internal regulations.

Social involvement

As a conscious company, we support corporate social responsibility activities. Kaganek The Świętokrzyskie Industrial Group Foundation and the company constantly conduct initiatives and projects in the field of ecology, culture and development of employees and the local community. We are open to dialogue and long-term cooperation with non-governmental and local organizations. Our charity and sponsorship activities are based on applicable law and internal regulations.

The Occupational Health and Safety Department provides the company with first aid training, implementation training and a series of security systems that aim to eliminate threats. Competitions are regularly organized as part of the Safe Mine campaign, the aim of which is to improve occupational health and safety conditions. We provide a free health care system as well as preferential conditions for wide access to specialists. In case of accidents or illnesses, employees can count on the employer’s support and benefits from the Company’s Social Benefits Fund.

Out of concern for the natural environment, INDUSTRIA takes appropriate steps to ensure sustainable development and the future of our planet. The actions taken and investments implemented guarantee the quality of the products sold and services offered, but also support the pursuit of climate neutrality and reduction of the carbon footprint.
